Track Your Order
Thank you for shopping with Cozynestory. Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout where tracking is available.
1. How to Track Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information.
To track your order, please check:
Your shipping confirmation email
Your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email
The carrier tracking link included in your email
Your customer account, if you created one during checkout
2. When Will I Receive Tracking?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are usually sent by email. Please allow a short time for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system.
3. Delivery Estimate
Estimated standard delivery time is typically 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery address, selected shipping method, carrier service, and any delays outside our control.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Tracking Not Updating
Tracking information may take time to update after your package is shipped. If your tracking number does not show movement right away, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to refresh.

5. I Did Not Receive a Tracking Email
If you have not received tracking information, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.
If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@cozynestory.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
6. Wrong Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
7. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
